Theres great witty banter there and a darkness that still lays on the surface rather than digging too painfully deep. Inu x Boku SS has more romance between the butler and master than Black Butler but Black Butler makes up for the lack of romance with an amazing fast pace plot line with tons of drama action fantasy and comedy mixed in as well. The manga is way better than the anime and the story is also a lot deeper than Black Butler the art may be really bad at first like Black Butlers first few chapters but at the end the art is so beautiful I.
